Welcome to Dynamic Technologies! These terms of service govern the provision of services by Dynamic Technologies. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of service.

Scope of Services
- Dynamic Technologies will provide the requested services as agreed upon with the client. The specific details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a statement of work.
- Additional services, changes and or revisions requested that fall under the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- The hosting service as provided by Dynamic Technologies does not include access to a panel or emails.
- Our packages comes with a free country level domain. To opt for a top level domain, the client will be required to top up additional charges as agreed.
3.
Client Responsibilities
- The client is required to provide all the necessary information or access required for the service to be rendered.
- During service delivery, the client is required to review and provide timely feedback on deliverables or drafts provided.
- The client acknowledge that any delay in provision of requested information or approvals may result in delayed project delivery and may incur additional charges.
4.
Intellectual Property
- Dynamic Technologies retains ownership of any proprietary software, code, or resources developed or utilized during the web development process, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Upon full payment for the services rendered, Dynamic Technologies grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the developed website or application for the agreed-upon purpose.
5.
Confidentiality
- Dynamic Technologies agrees to keep any confidential information provided by the client during the course of the project confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
- The client agrees to keep any proprietary information, trade secrets, or confidential materials shared by Dynamic Technologies confidential and not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent.
6.
Payment and Terms
- The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees as outlined in the separate agreement or invoice provided by Dynamic Technologies. Find our service pricing here
- Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, milestones, or invoicing schedules, will be outlined in the separate agreement or invoice.
- Late payments may incur additional charges or result in project suspension or termination at the discretion of Dynamic Technologies.
7.
Limitation of Liability
- Dynamic Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the developed website or application.
- The client acknowledges that Dynamic Technologies is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content or functionality of the website or application.
8.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if there is a material breach of the terms and conditions by the other party, subject to any termination clauses outlined in the separate agreement.
- Termination may result in the client being billed for services rendered up to the termination date.
